Terms of sale
Updated: 2026-10-19
These terms set out how labels, stickers and related services are bought in the etiketes.lt shop, and the rights, duties and liability of the buyer and the seller. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Seller
The seller is [Company name], UAB, company code and VAT number (Information being prepared), address Chemijos g. 15E, LT-51332 Kaunas. You can reach us by email at labas@reblank.lt or by phone on +370 605 10681 (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00).
Who can buy
- Individuals aged 18 or over. Minors aged 14 to 18 may buy only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Companies and other organisations, through their authorised representatives.
- A consumer is an individual buying for purposes outside their business. The consumer rights in these terms and in the law apply to consumers only. When you buy on behalf of a company (as a legal entity or with a company account), you are a business customer.
Account
- You can order without an account. In your account you can see your orders, invoices, artwork and saved addresses.
- When you register, give correct details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details safe and do not share them. You are responsible for what is done in your account until you tell us about unauthorised access.
- We may restrict or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms or the law.
- To delete your account, email us at labas@reblank.lt. Data we must keep by law (such as invoices) is kept for the required period.
Company accounts
- A company account is set up by a company representative, who invites members, sets their spending limits and approves purchases that need approval.
- A member of a company account always buys on behalf of the company: the company is the buyer and invoices are issued to the company.
- An order over a member's limit, or one that needs approval, goes to the company administrator and is fulfilled only once approved and paid.
- The company is responsible for orders placed by its members and for making sure only authorised people use the account.
Orders and the contract
- Choose a product, its options and quantity, upload your artwork and pick a file check. The basket and checkout show the final price including delivery.
- Before placing the order, check its details: product, quantity, artwork, contact details and delivery address.
- The contract is made when you place the order and receive our confirmation by email. A company account purchase that needs approval becomes an order only once approved.
- Your order confirmation, invoices and order status are in your email and in your account, if you have one.
Artwork and file checks
- You are responsible for the content of your artwork: texts, spelling, numbers, colour choices, working QR codes and links, and the right to use any logos, trademarks and images in it.
- The free file check is technical: we check resolution, colours, bleed and the cut line. If we find problems, we send you comments and start production once we have a print-ready file.
- The professional file check is a paid service: we fix technical problems ourselves. Design work or complex artwork preparation is not included and may be charged separately, with your agreement.
- If you choose “No check”, we print exactly the file you sent.
- If, after the free check, you ask us to fix the file, we add that service to the same order: you pay for it separately and get a separate invoice.
- Once we have checked a file, we treat it as print-ready and start production — we do not ask you for a separate approval.
- If we prepare the artwork for you (for example, for QR code stickers), you are responsible for the content you provide: text, links and data.
- We may refuse to print content that breaks the law or other people's rights, or is offensive or misleading. In that case we refund everything you paid for the order.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros and include VAT. The delivery price is shown at checkout before you place the order.
- You can pay by online banking, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the payment provider Montonio and, where offered, by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice.
- When paying by bank transfer, pay by the date on the invoice and use the payment reference it shows. We may cancel an order that is not paid on time.
- We start production once we have received payment.
- We issue an invoice for every order and email it to you; you can also find it in your account.
- If a price on the website is obviously wrong, we will tell you and offer to fulfil the order at the correct price or cancel it and refund what you paid.
Production and delivery
- The production time is shown with each product and counted in working days from payment and receipt of a print-ready file.
- Delivery methods, times and prices are described on the Delivery and payment page.
- If we are running late, we will let you know. Where no time is stated, we deliver within 30 days of the contract being made.
- When the parcel arrives, check the packaging. If it is damaged, point this out to the courier and let us know.
- The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a person you name, receive them.
Cancelling an order
Because we make your order to your specification, you can cancel it free of charge until we start producing it — email us as soon as possible. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Returns and complaints
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification, but you can always contact us about goods that are faulty or don't match your order. Consumers can return ready-made labels from stock within 14 days. Read more on the Returns and complaints page.
Discount codes and promotions
- A discount code applies only to the products and period stated in its terms.
- Unless its terms say otherwise, one code applies per order and a code cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The terms of the sample order refund code are on the Sample with your artwork page.
Reviews
- Product and shop reviews can be left by customers: through the invitation emailed after an order, or when signed in to their account.
- The “Verified buyer” label is shown on reviews left through an invitation after an order.
- We may check reviews before publishing them. We do not publish reviews with offensive, unlawful or off-topic content or personal data, but we never remove a review just because it is negative.
- Only your first name and the first letter of your surname are shown publicly.
- If we offer a discount code for a review, you get it whatever rating you give.
Intellectual property
- Your artwork remains yours. We use it only to fulfil your order and keep it so that you can reorder.
- We do not use photos of your products or your artwork in our advertising without your consent.
- By uploading artwork you confirm that you have the right to use it. If someone makes a claim about your artwork, you are responsible for it.
- The website's texts, photos, design and software belong to the seller or are used lawfully, and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
- We are responsible for goods that match your order and are of proper quality. Consumers' statutory rights are not limited.
- For business customers, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. We are not liable to business customers for indirect losses such as lost profit or the cost of repackaging.
- We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances we could neither control nor foresee (force majeure).
Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy, and which cookies we use in our cookie policy.
Disputes
Let's try to settle any complaint together first — email us and we will reply within 14 days. If we cannot agree, a consumer may turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or the courts. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania; this does not take away the protection a consumer has under the law of their country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Your order is governed by the version in force when you placed it. The current version is always published on this page.
