Here you'll find information on how we deliver orders and the ways you can pay. Exact lead times depend on the print run and the finish you choose.

Delivery methods and times

  • By courier to your home or office — 1–2 working days after production. (Information being prepared)
  • Collection from a parcel locker — 1–2 working days after production. (Information being prepared)
  • Collection in person, Chemijos g. 15E, Kaunas — once your order is ready. (Information being prepared)

Production takes 1–3 working days. Delivery time is counted from when your order has been produced.

Prices

  • By courier within Lithuania — from €3.99 (Information being prepared).
  • To a parcel locker — from €2.49 (Information being prepared).
  • Orders over €50 — free delivery (Information being prepared).
  • Collection in person — free.

Payment methods

  • Bank link (Paysera / Stripe) (Information being prepared).
  • Visa / Mastercard card payment (Information being prepared).
  • Pro forma invoice for business customers (Information being prepared).

Returns

Because labels and stickers are made to order, they are goods that cannot be returned. If you receive a defective print run or one that doesn't match your order, contact us within 14 days — we'll replace it or reprint it at no extra charge.
